I have 26 years experience in electronics R&D hardware development  and project management experience
from Motorola and Schneider Electric.

It contains an experience in all the development phases,
from idea phase, preparation of requirements specification, product specification,
the development and testing of the solution, and up to the production implementation.
The experience is wide with analogue, digital, microprocessor,  embedded, RF and EMC hardware development ,

Also specialist in  the developments of CATV on twisted pair. (DC to 1000MHz )
Specialist in the R&D of  VDI (Voice-Data-Image) Home Cabling Systems.
Furthermore, I am strong in the product documentation.
And I have project management expertise.
                       - Experience with management of outsourced development (China an India)
                       - Experience with working in a multi-national, cross-functional, and multi-cultural teams.
                       - Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and flexible in handling a diverse and challenging workload
